3. Function description: A continuous evaporation and concentration device for treating water-based liquid based on the combination of heat pump technology and vacuum distillation technology;
3.1Process principle flow:
In automatic mode:
The waste liquid to be treated is vacuum-sucked into the evaporator, and the opening and closing of the inlet valve is controlled by the level sensor. The bottom of the evaporation chamber is a heat exchanger composed of matching external thread tubes. The refrigerant at the high pressure end of the heat pump circuit is compressed into the heat exchanger, the liquid is heated and boiled, and the water steam rises to the cooler through the multi-layer baffle and spiral defromer. The refrigerant at the low pressure end of the heat pump circuit is throttled into the heat exchanger of the cooler for cold and heat exchange with water vapor, and the water vapor is liquefied into water. And non-condensing gas overflow and discharge at the same time, and concentrate after the end of continuous evaporation;
In cleaning mode:
The cleaning agent is vacuumed into the evaporator according to the requirements, stops after reaching the liquid level, and the CIP system starts. The bottom of the evaporation chamber is composed of a conical bottom and a ring pulse cleaning valve group. The high-speed pulse cleaning is mixed with the cleaning agent to achieve the purpose of rapid cleaning of the heat exchanger. The fastest cleaning can be completed in 30-60 minutes.
