3. Function description: Based on the combination of heat pump technology and vacuum distillation technology, a reduction evaporation and concentration device for treating water-based liquid;
3.1 Process principle and flow description:
The liquid to be treated is sucked into the distillery and the inlet valve is opened and closed by a level sensor. The bottom of the distillation chamber is composed of a coil heat exchanger, the heat pump circuit generates high temperature and high pressure refrigerant into the heat exchanger, the liquid is heated and boiled, the steam rises through the defromer, the steam is exchanged with the tube heat exchanger, the distillation is extracted together with the non-condensing gas, the distillation is discharged through the overflow, and the non-condensing gas is discharged together with the liquid. After the cycle, the concentrate is cleaned and discharged through the blowback valve.
3.2 Vacuum System
The vacuum system consists of a multistage centrifugal pump and ejector. The injector uses the Venturi principle and uses the distillate produced by the evaporator as the motor power fluid. The efficiency of a vacuum system depends on the temperature of the motor fluid.
3.3 Heat pump Circuit
The heat required to evaporate the liquid and the cooling required to condense the steam are provided by the heat pump circuit. The vapor phase refrigerant is compressed by the compressor, flows into the heat exchanger, and releases heat to the liquid, the cooling after the release of heat is cooled, the auxiliary fin radiator turns on the secondary heat exchange according to the set conditions, and any excess heat is released into the environment. The refrigerant in the liquid phase passes through the filter, reaches the expansion valve, and produces low temperature and low pressure refrigerant after throttling, which is used for the cold amount required for condensing steam;
