Hve-Gjacketed Vacuum Evaporator, Scraper Type Vacuum Evaporator  In the G-type evaporator, the heat exchanger passes through the jacket at the bottom and around the distillation chamber, and the internal heating surface is continuously cleaned by the scraper, which also plays the role of stirring and concentration. Therefore, G-type evaporator is used for the treatment of waste liquid with high COD, high salinity and easy to scale, and is equipped with P-series evaporator and MVR evaporator to further reduce the volume and solidify the liquid;

  The relative processing capacity of G-type evaporator is relatively small, ranging from 200-2000 liters per day, and several different concentration discharge systems are provided. It works at a vacuum of - 92KPA - 99KPA and a boiling point of about 40 ºC. The evaporation process is controlled by PLC and automatically senses feeding and discharging;

Technical characteristics of type G evaporator:

1. The jacketed heat exchanger is equipped with self-cleaning scraper to prevent the heat exchange performance from decaying; (Heat exchanger material can be selected: SUS316 and titanium);

2. The scraper mixing system is controlled by a gear reducer motor, which is used for mixing the sewage in evaporation to improve the concentration rate and automatic discharge ;

3. Heat pump loop system: increase the functions of the two devices on the basis of P-type, so that the whole machine can also operate under no-load conditions;

4. Self-cleaning technology and automatic addition of defoamer (or bulking agent) are configured;

Working principle of G-type jacket scraper low-temperature evaporator:

    The liquid to be treated is sucked into the distillation chamber D01, and vacuum is generated in the distillation chamber under the action of G01. The EV01 level sensor feeds back the signal to the PLC, which controls the opening and closing of VM02. The bottom of the distillation chamber is composed of a jacketed heat exchanger E01. There is a scraper inside the distillation chamber, which is driven by the motor reducer M01. The movement of the scraper can ensure the cleanness of the inner wall surface of E01 and the mixing and heating of the liquid. The refrigerant R22 in the heat pump circuit flows into the heat exchanger E01. The liquid to be treated contacts with the E01 heat exchanger for boiling. The steam rises through the demister. The refrigerant produced by the steam and E02 is condensed through the exchange of circulating water and F01 in G02. The system extracts the distillate and non-condensable gas together and sends it to the storage tank D02 by G01. The distillate is discharged through overflow, and the non-condensable gas and liquid are discharged together. The concentrate is automatically discharged through valves VM01 and G03 after the cycle is over;
