3. Function description: an evaporator (temperature 30-40 ºC) for treating water-based liquid based on the combination of vacuum and heat pump technology;
3.1 Process flow:The liquid to be treated is sucked into the distillation chamber D01, and vacuum is generated in the distillation chamber under the action of G01. The EV01 level sensor controls the opening and closing of VM02. The periphery of the distillation chamber is composed of a jacketed heat exchanger E01. The refrigerant of the heat pump circuit flows into the heat exchanger E01. The liquid to be treated contacts with the E01 heat exchanger and is heated to boil. The steam rises through the demister. The refrigerant produced by the steam and E02 exchanges cold and heat through the circulating water in G02 and F01. The distillate is extracted together with the non-condensable gas and sent to the storage tank D02 by G01. The distillate is discharged through overflow, and the non-condensable gas is discharged together with the liquid. The remaining concentrate or crystal is discharged through valve VM01 and G03 screw conveyor after completion;3.2 Vacuum systemThe vacuum system is composed of a multistage centrifugal pump and an injector. The ejector adopts Venturi principle and uses distillate produced by evaporator as motor power fluid. The efficiency of the vacuum system depends on the temperature of the motor fluid. The opening of valve VM03 can destroy the vacuum in the evaporation chamber;3.3 Heat pump circuitThe heat required for evaporating liquid and the cooling capacity required for condensing steam are provided by the heat pump circuit. The refrigerant in the gas phase is compressed by the compressor, flows into the E01 plate heat exchanger, and releases the heat to the liquid. After the heat is released, the refrigeration is cooled. The auxiliary fin radiator K02 starts the secondary heat exchange according to the set conditions, and any excess heat is released into the environment. The refrigerant in the liquid phase flows through the filter to the expansion valve, and after throttling, the refrigerant with low temperature and low pressure is generated for the cooling capacity required for condensing steam;3.4 Auxiliary fluidFoam inhibitor is supplied by valve VM04;4. 8. Installation requirementsThe machine is designed to be installed in a safe area of non-corrosive atmosphere, and the indoor horizontal surface is flat, which can support the weight of the equipment itself; There must be a partition area around the equipment to ensure the smooth operation of users and maintenance personnel, and allow cold air to pass through the ventilator.
