Working principle
Through the feed pump, the oil or liquid that needs to be separated is sucked into the high-speed rotor purifier for high-speed rotation separation. The heavy phase material is separated on the outer wall of the rotor due to the specific gravity, and the light phase liquid flows out naturally from the bottom of the middle of the rotor. Under a certain gravity field and centrifugal radius, the equipment can be separated to a minimum of 3um impurities.,This device performs automatic slagging.
1.The liquid to be treated enters the centrifuge through the auxiliary pump.
2.The impurities in the dirty liquid are separated at high speed and attached to the inner wall of the cylinder.
3.The treated liquid is discharged back to the circulation tank.
4.After the inner wall of the cylinder body is covered with impurities, the equipment starts the automatic slag removal function and the slag discharge port is opened.
5.The equipment automatically reduces the cylinder speed, and the built-in scraper starts to move into the slag removal.
6.The impurities removed fall into the impurity collection tank under the equipment from the slag discharge port.
